SolarExpress PDA II driver Version 1.1.07 is required for this peripheral device.
- The Flip Video Ultra Camcorder uses the MPEG-4 format for recording and playback.
- It saves as an MPEG-4/AVI file.
- Set TCPMP in Microdrive buffer mode and Portrait mode when video streaming from the Flip Video Camcorder.

A question that is frequently asked “Can you connect multiple USB devices to the SolarExpress PDA II Card?” The answer is “Yes“. The USB Host controller in the SolarExpress PDA II card can support up to 32 USB peripheral devices on a single port. This support is possible because of the 16-Bit RISC (Reduced Instruction Set Computing) processor in the USB Host controller.

The Y-USB Host cable is now included with every SolarExpress PDA II Card order.
- US and International customers who purchased a SolarExpress PDA II card this month (April 08) should provide Light Cone Tech Support with either a Order # or Serial number to receive their Y-USB Host Cable.
- The Y-USB Host cable provide users with additional power source options for connecting to USB peripherals devices that require 5v@500mA.
- SolarExpress PDA II will supply current up to 200mA. The 5v@200mA max. current limitation was intentional.

The SolarExpress PDA II card is now compatible with Windows Mobile 2006. The SEPDA II card driver (Version 1.1.07 ) is required. Please read the Install Instructions in file download.

- Teksoft’s USBInput driver brings the USB Mouse Pointer to Pocket PCs.

- Windows CE provides support for a USB Mouse. The USB Mouse cursor is visible under a typical Windows CE (PXA270, PXA250) system using the SolarExpress PDA II Card. However, the USB Mouse cursor is disabled by Dell and HP during their Windows Mobile 2003, 2003SE and 2005 OEM build.

Windows Mobile which is based on Windows CE technology supports FAT16, FAT32 formatted USB hard drives only.
- Windows XP does not allow FAT32 formatting when a hard drive is greater than 32GB.
- Windows XP default setting is NTFS when a hard drive is 32GB+
